Take a close look at your diet in this 60-minute deep-dive. You tell us what you’ve been eating for the past three days and we’ll tell you how close it comes to meeting your needs. What’s missing in your diet? What are you eating too much of? We’ll let you know this information and more! We’ll send you a report showing you which food groups and nutrients you may be lacking and we’ll include suggestions for improving your diet by offering a variety of food and drink choices. $75
